Barzal and pulock contracts are way off on term. Barzal will get between 10-10.5 for 6-7 years. Pulock between 6-6.5 for 5 years.

I'd be surprised if Pulock makes more than Ryan Ellis

Honestly Ellis' contract is way too cheap considering how good he has been.

Devon Toews also seems to have disappeared. Wahlstrom doesn’t play center. Somehow Ho-Sang gets 2M when there is limited chance he even plays an NHL game this year.

Agreed. But they can probably use it as an excuse to pay Pulock less -- I think $5.75m x 5 makes more sense for him, but contracts are getting bigger and bigger these days

My guess is $6,75M x 7.

Pulock should be 6x6. He is our #1 D but is on pace for about 40 points again. He may produce more points in another system but anything more than 6 would be an overpay.

Barzal should be about 9 per year.

And Toews (although in this post he disappeared) should be about 4.5.

Barzal is a centre and he produces, why would he take less than Rantanen or Marner? I'd wager he gets closer to 12 or he's going to get one of those insane bridge deals like Meier where his final year has a super high average that gives him a massive QO.

He won’t get a bridge deal. Rantenen makes 9.25 x 6 so not sure what you’re talking about. Marner is an outlier.

Barzal deserves more than either. I don't see him taking less than 10.5

There’s a big difference between 9.25 and 10.893. His comparable is Aho, who just signed for 8.5 x 5, barzal will either get 10 x 6 or 10.5 x 7.

he'll be 26 when the new contract starts. i think he's just gonna take his 8 years. Morrissey is the comparable contract, although Pulock does have some more O than him. I say 6.75 x 8.
