The only guys on your trade bait list (I'm assuming it's the guys in the Washington box?) that should be trade chips are Buff and Vesalainen, no point in trading Roslovic and Appleton as they are still young and have little value, Little is a long term Jet and doesn't have much value either.

Vesalainen would be a good piece to add in the Petry trade, although I think you would still have to throw in a high end draft pick. I don't think the Jets would be interested in that though.
