Horrible Ducks trade for the Leafs. Two years of Manson who isn't that special, and even Rakell for two years is now a 50 point player.

Scratch? Where did you get that from? Jones is playing 2nd pairing with Adam Larsson right now and doing quite well.

There so many teams close to the cap, that players like Johnsson might almost be given away so the Leafs in this case can find cap for Dman. Might be a fair trade but if Jones is a top 6 Dman on a cheap contract, the Oilers probably don't do the deal.
