If the Wild miss the playoffs, we’re getting more for Kulak than we do for Tatar. What is this?

I'm not a Dallas fan, but looking at this I get the feeling Dallas wouldn't do the condition on Petry re signing, maybe if they win the cup, but not Petry resigning.

Yeah I was kinda confused looking at this, what would you guys want in return for Tatar?

Ideally, we’re not trading him. If we did, a 1st + player/prospect would probably be what we get, since that’s the market value for a rental of his skill, less than Hall and more than Hayes. But we’re not really interested in trading him at all.

Okay, that definitely seems reasonable, thanks

I was going to put that but too many people kept saying that was too much for a rental

Dallas declines. Their need for a 2RD can be fixed relatively easily on the free agent market. Between Shattenkirk, Tanev, Brodie, and even Justin Braun there are plenty of options available to them that aren’t going to cost them their only scoring prospect, potentially a 1st, and another pick.

I don’t know who would say that, since that is exactly what the market has been for the last few years.
