Description

I know that these forwards suck but the defense is now stacked while the goaltending will do its job. The only problem is I couldnt sign bear and Mcdavid,Draisiatl,and Yammamoto are gonna be heavily relyed on for scoring. I know its not perfect and what are your thoughts on the trade.

This heavily weakens the team and you didn't even resign Bear. Only trade for Burns I except would be with Neal+prospect+first. His cap hit would be far too painful to signing future RFAs and forces EDM to lose a younger D in the expansion draft

Brent Burns isn't Nicklas Lidstrom. He's not going to age like fine wine and win Norris Trophies into his 40s. He's already on the decline.
