Wow!! I can’t believe you just traded Fabbro! He’s going to turn into a great defence man, and to dump Turris you don’t have to add that much. Honestly I want Edmonton to get Lafreniere, but if Nashville got him I wouldn’t be mad.

You didn't sign Appleton, idk how the Jets could refuse that trade, only consideration would be how adding RyJo's cap hit might effect extending Laine and Pionk, I'm a believer that Johansen will rebound though.

I can see why though, Nashville is kind of getting old, they really need to go for it, not saying this is the best deal for Fabbro but I can see why anyone is on the block for the Preds.

Ya but Fabbro is going to be amazing, and they could get way more for him.

Instead of spending all those picks on Cirelli, then giving him a big contract, I'd rather sign a UFA like Hoffman and keep the picks.

That DET trade is a hot mess. I get that it would cost something pretty decent to move Turris without taking any salary back, but there's no way Fabbro should be in there.

I think you’ll have to add quite a bit to dump Turris, whoever acquires contract is going to have to take on 5 million in cap space for like four years or so.

I’d say Fabbrp would be appropriate but I think more can come the other way than a 6th

I don’t think they need to or should move Fabnro though, NJ 2nd could get it done

You are not getting a 2nd round pick and an organization’s top 5 prospect for a 32 year old third line center on a one year deal.

Matter of fact, you wouldn’t get a (High) 2nd round pick OR a top 5 prospect by themselves.

I’d buy out Turris before I would even think about trading him with Fabbro. I’m not signing simmonds we have plenty of players in the ahl that could play on the 4th line. Signing dillon for 3 years will make farrance walk after his senior year

I wouldn't consider Thompson a prospect anymore, nor one of Buffalo's top 5 young players. But I think this is right in line with what Bonino would fetch at the deadline. Nashville would probably have to retain a about $1-1.5M, or send back a 4th or so for this type of return, at the start of the season.

The only chance of u getting a 1st for Johansen,
is if it’s a conditional 2nd and he has a bounce back season next year that would satisfy whatever conditions were set

With his high cap hit, and that down season last year,
that would be the best you could hope for really

Also, as a Sabres fan,
I don’t think that trade is too far off
Maybe you’d get less bc Bonino only he 1 year left
