Description
I hope my trade valuations are closer than my last one. Here are my thoughts on why I did these trades and signings

Dermott is young and has decent potential. Glendening is a really solid 4th line guy. Good for PK. Dermott being younger with more potential and team control, I figured a 4th rd pick would help even the trade for both sides.

Engvall for a 4th, well Engvall will basically be the replacement for Leipsic

Johnsson and Kerfoot is $7m of the cap, Leafs get 2 physical forwards that can play on the PK and add some real grit. They lack offence they bring compared to Kerfoot, and Johnsson. I feel a 2nd should even that trade. I could be way off in value of Nashville’s players.

Andersen is a really solid goalie. Subban is a backup. Toronto moves up into the round and gain cap space. Hopefully Campbell can be the guy.

Clifford re-signs so Kings get the 2nd (pretty sure everyone knows that), Toronto gets their 3rd back

Gudas is a solid defenceman that allows Reilly to do his run and gun offence styled game

Bogosian, if healthy is actually pretty good. I don’t think any team offers big money, so he may go to a team with a weaker right side D. Up his value drastically if all goes well.

Offence takes a hit, but they add serious physicality and guys that will help their PK.
Defence gets better at actual defence,
Goaltending gets worse, but I believe Campbell can be the guy. Next years Markstrom perhaps?
Overall, they won’t get pushed around. They still have a really good Top 6 and probably play a more complete game. Unfortunately this would all bank on Campbell becoming the stud he was supposed to be

That bottom 6 isn't going to score a lot of goals. Bogo shouldn't cost that much. Goaltending duo is sketchy at best

Gudas as a top pairing defenseman is awful. You might as well put David Ayers at goal.

Detroit takes that and runs. Conversely, Chicago asks if you're nuts.

Dermott is barely worth a 4th. Will not trade a player and a pick

NSH declines. They're giving up the most valuable piece (37th pick), and taking on salary for guys they don't really need.

Campbell and subban is not good but since chicago probably says no you're saved.
