Dubas and Shanahan would both be fired if they made this deal.

A fourth liner and two guys that have less than three years left and are very overpaid is what the Leafs get. Kings get: Starting goalie with ten years left of a career, a young, high scoring winger (a little too much money though) a third line center (we dont need him though) and a perfect pairing for Muzzin. Although every time we do trade with the Kings, the players we get turn into better players

This is awful.

Quick would easily become the best goalie the Leafs have had in 2 decades if he was acquired. He had a great season despite being on a rebuilding team. It'll never happen though.

Kings aren't trading Doughty or Quick. Move along.
