It's an unlikely option. Offer sheets just don't happen. But if they did, Toews could be a great target.

Two of Leddy/bailey/cizikas have to go. I don’t see them trading multiple cap dumps

You realize Arizona is near the cap right? Like after Hossa goes on LTIR they only have 6.4M room (17 players signed)

So Edm can trade Russell to Arz to put them over the cap, Chiasson for nothing, Khaira for nothing, Larsson and Benning, get 2 picks forAA,who they can't afford a qualifying offer, sign Bear to a longer deal for the same amount, trade a dman Boston doesn't really need for a 1st line LW etc but the Isles would have to do some juggling???
