Boqvist, Mitchell, Regula are the future of the right side in Chicago. Murphy is also in the mix and is only 27 and is very good. Seabrook's anchor of a contract isn't going anywhere any time soon. Hawks have too many RD as mentioned, so we don't want deangelo

No, we’re full up on RD for the near future. Boqvist, Mitchell, Murphy, Regula, and Seabrook are all there now and are likely to be there for awhile.

Why would the Hawks take the elder Strome and pay him more than the younger? Why not just keep him?

can you get off chris's di ck already, its pathetic. chris has literally been wrong about EVERYTHING the last 2 plus years. why do you hold him on some weird pedestal? he over values his fav players.

he's 25, he isn't ready for a walker yet...

the hawks would be getting back a RD that is better than all the rd you currently have and the ones being promoted in the future. ryan is also a better 2 way player than his kid player. even thogh i think the younger one is going to be better.

In the modern hockey, d-men who transition the puck as well as ADA does are worth a lot. It's not crazy to «overvalue» him

LMAO that is a BIG stretch. We'll keep the better Strome (Dylan) and are just fine with Boqvist, Mitchell (one of the hottest defensive prospects right now), Murphy, Regula and seabrook. We aren't adding another right handed defensive man and paying more for a worse version of Strome.

these hawk fans seem to be disagreeing with you...

why didn't you answer my question? what is it you love so much about chris? you honestly don't think he's a horrible person? he looked up my home and my kids online. you don't think thats weird?

You know Sage in person lol?

Also I only tag him because he's the one who made me realize how valuable ADA is

chris hasn't left his parents basement since high school.

one major aspect of this ada value that chris and yourself aren't considering is his next contract. players that are do to sign big extensions bring less return. most recent example is trouba. trouba has several seasons proving he is a top 4 pairing player before his big contract. ada has 1 good season. trying to debate that ada should bring back more than what the rangers paid for trouba isn't realistic. if the rangers would have signed ada to a multi year 3.5 mill cap hit contact last season like they should have instead of the 1 year 925k they would be able to trade him for substantially more.
