That’s Blues trades really hurts the Avalanche, a first and Cole for another defenseman is not it. Also personally I don’t understand the title, rebuilding you say but trading Foudy and a first? Idk maybe I’m dumb

Avs would make that deal in a second if they could get parayko for a late first and a D who probably will be in/out of the lineup because their D is so good
