AA has little regard for defensive play. Leafs don't need him in their top 12 and don't have room for him on the taxi squad

A fast, skilled, soft, and defensively deficient team went out and got guys to make them more experienced, and harder to play against. You’re putting that on the taxi squad to sign AA.

AA is Kapanen but even worse. No thanks, no need for guys who refuse to play both sides of the puck.

AA was minus 46 last year you don't bring him in on a team that thinks they are close to winning a cup, you bring him in as a project teach him to forecheck and kill penalties and maybe the rest comes. last year on edmonton playing beside Draisaitl the puck died on his stick he can't do tick tac toe plays which is the last thing toronto needs.
