This offer does nothing for the Blues. In fact, it overtly hurts the team, on the ice and with cap. Hey, at least you didn't try to send back an inferior LD (props for that), but zero chance they even consider it.

You can’t sign players that are already signed.

Blues decline. Nothing of value for them.

Both teams decline the Nucks trade. It helps neither team.

Minny declines. No value there. A rental and a guy who should retire.

Vegas declines. Not downgrading when they are contenders.

Bruins decline Fla deal. He’s worth more than that.
