I wouldn’t be that surprised if there was a trade announced after a Byron waiver claim since Habs are going to be one week without playing.

Just not Crosby.

Negative. If and when Pens trade Crosby it will be for a pile of picks and prospects or young talent to rebuild with.

Ie. Replace Danault and Tatar with Suzuki and Caulfield.

I don’t think it’ll be a trade. I think it could be COVID related / overall situation on the season.

With the cap situation, this kind of trade won't happens anymore, a team canno't take 9M in cap and giving nothing.

So you’ll have to make room. You are going to have give them what they want, not what works for you. They would take a salary back to make the trade work. But it does not work for them if the salary is the primary assets.
