Scraps? Those are two 2nd round picks who are good prospects, a 1st round pick and a guy who has scored almost as much as Forsberg during the last three years, for a player that we can't negociate an extension with.

Let's say Tomas Tatar is worth a 1st, as a 0.80 ppg player, and they add another 1st in the trade. I don't know a team that will not stay up at night if they traded two 1sts, let alone two 1sts and two 2nds.

No sellers want a UFA.

Why should Nashville be responsible to flip Tatar?Trade him yourself and give Nashville the first round pick you got for him.
