I’m not sure where to gauge stromes value currently. The wild need centers, but he hasn’t been progressing as much as I would have liked while greenway took the necessary steps forward in the offseason and as a player to command a better return. I might want the later of your 2nds instead of the 4th or else adding a 3rd to the 4th in that proposal.

Respectfully wild aren't trading Jordan greenway for strome who couldn't even make it / play one bad Chicago team

Wild also aren't going to trade a young good player like greenway to hated division rival for a guy who was scratched numerous times, & including many times to end the season for a bad Chicago team

Wild hang up very quickly and say no

I am very unsure of what that Carolina trade is, but take out Beaudin and it’s better.

Greenway or Dumba is going to Seattle, so minny should trade one of them.

"strome who couldn't even make it / play one bad Chicago team"
Chicago had so much offensive depth last season so guys like Suter, Strome, Connelly, Kurashev , and Gaudette were scratched to give other players a chance to play, so it wasn't just Strome being scratched. Also to call us a bad team is funny, Everyone thought Chicago was going to be bottom 5 and Chicago dominated during the middle of the season and was 2nd seed behind the Panthers. Chicago also had a guy Top 5 in points last season and a guy top 3 in goals. Not to even mention Toews was out for the season and Dach was out for most of the season.
Strome was scratched after his concussion to give young guys a chance to play and for him to fully heal.

Strome is still a young player, so that reasoning is bs

Also Chicago schedule early in the year allowed them to be good, then they went on big time losing streak & finished way way behind

Even if Minnesota loses one of dumba or greenway it wouldn't be for/ trade one of them to Chicago, a division rival . Wild can just keep both , & lose one of them in expansion then give up a good young player to hated division rival for a player whose like rask in terms of how slow strome & rask is

Go and review the entire schedule and games.

#1 It wasn't the beginning of the season it was midway
#2 Chicago was beating the Canes, Panthers, etc.
#4 Chicago way exceeded expectations, everyone knows that
#4 Strome got concussed and was out for a good stretch and never looked like himself when he came back, widely talked about he was still suffering effects when he returned which is also when he was scratched

Chicago shouldn't touch that Canes trade or Colorado trade. Kampf shouldn't be thrown away for peanuts, he's a very solid 4th line defensive center. Borgstrom is not a 4th line C.

He's been bad dating back to last year, , & he was bad again thus year

Jordan greenway has way more value than Dylan strome. Will rather keep him then deal him fir strome, or a player like greenway to hated division rival Chicago

& then Chicago when their schedule became harder, they finished last

I will say this, ACGM’s are reaching deep into the resource pool on some of these Graves trades. I literally had to Google Kalynuk. That being said 2 end of the round picks, 1 in a draft the Avs look to be escaping from, they will just keep Graves or lose him in the XD. Come on make the Avs say yes, not 🤨

He was out for almost a month last year with injury as well, when he came back, the coach put him on wing and the results were terrible. He moved him back to center mid February and was producing back at .75ppg, same as he was prior to his injury last year.

It's easy to say a player "sucks" or "is bad", but knowing the context before making those assumptions is only ignorance. Nobody is saying Strome is a 80 point plus center, he's a .70ppg center and has proven that when not injured or when he's playing in his proper position as center. He has his draw backs (speed, lack of defense) but he has a lot of positives (sees the ice as good as anyone in the NHL, big playmaker, good shot and one of the better passers in the league). Glass isn't half full or half empty, it's just reality.

Speaking of reality, I'm not a fan of wanting Greenway, Strome has shown he can produce at a higher rate (ppg) then Greenway has and is a center also which is a more valuable piece. So as far as I'm concerned, please keep him.

Chicago didn't finish last in division obviously, and certainly not last in the league despite your comment. Bottom 12 team sure, for a team that's rebuilding and was supposed to be bottom 5. They exceeding expectations, and they still are the 3rd largest hockey market by revenues, most sellouts in a row, and place players want to be as rarely if ever do you see a player wanting to be traded. Not to mention 3rd youngest team in the league. Knock them all you want, but in your lifetime thus far, Chicago has and will be in the future more successful then Minnesota.

Yeah right. Minnesota has been successful despite not winning in playoffs,. Chicago has sucked for how many years?

Minnesota is a way bigger hockey market. Aldo, your comment about Chicago being more success over wild in the future is just absolutely funny, like hilarious

Noone picked wild to be doing what they did this year, & wild far more succeeded expectation than Chicago, & will now. & future also

"Minnesota has been successful despite not winning in the playoffs" LMAO that's not successful

"Minnesota is a way bigger hockey market" Revenues and ticket sales say otherwise, Minnesota isn't even in the top 10

You really seem to hate facts don't you.

Win a cup, hell win a playoff series and you can talk. Minnesota hasn't had near the level of success in your lifetime that the Hawks have had.

The only deal I'm taking straight up is the VAN deal. The rest need work or not at all.
