Is this a joke? Bertuzzi > > Dunn+Walman let alone adding both Svechnikov and a Mid 2nd round pick to the deal.

I personally think that Dunn is better than Bertuzzi (it's pretty close tho ngl) and Walman is obviously better than Svechnikov so I thought the 2nd would even it out. Now that I think of it it should probably be a 3rd rather than a 2nd going to STL

Dunn is nowhere near Berttuzi's league Bertuzzi when healthy will be a 50-60 point winger on a very good team, Yzerman will want a younger version of Bertuzzi along with a 1st and 2nd Bertuzzi's value isn't far off from Mantha's. He's a heart and soul guy that show's up every shift. Dunns value at best is a 2nd and 3rd round pick Bertuzzi's is way more.

Again I personally think Dunn is better than Bertuzzi. Ik you are a Red Wings fan and sometimes trades make you mad I am the same way about the Flyers lmao. Konecny is a VERY similar version of Bertuzzi if not better and I personally think as a Flyers fan that he is not worth a good young winger and a 1st and 2nd.

It's Edmonton 2nd + svech for dunn. Bertuzzi cost you a lot more

Yeah I undervalued him making this post just act like the pick isnt there and it's just Bertuzzi and Svechnikov for Dunn and Walman

I still think it's a pass, yzerman wins his deals pretty big. Think bertuzzi can do kind of what mantha did. A younger player +pick + cap dump + pick. I do like 2nd + svech for dunn though

Yeah ik he's bad lol. But it's a low risk high reward deal if he gets back to his 2019-20 form and especially if he plays how he did in the bubble.

Dude look at it this way? Svechnikov+Edmonton's 2021 2nd round pick for Dunn like it or not Svechnikov is a 20th overall pick so it's basically a 1st and 2nd for Dunn rather you like it or not. Bertuzzi > > > > > > Walman it's not even close.

Svechnikov was a 1st in 2015 and has shown absoulutly nothing in the NHL and is basically a bust so to say his value is a 1st is insane. I will say I agree with you that detroit's losing the deal so my new trade is Svechnikov and Bertuzzi for Dunn and Wallman.

Svechnikov has has 3 major injuries that's why he's looking like a bust, he's had 2 major shoulder injuries and an achilles injury that's dampened his career so far. Wallman has no value to us we've far better Dmen in our organization then wallman Svechnikov+Bertuzzi > > Dunn still a no go.

just because he has had injuries doesn't mean he's not a bust and I believe it's fair value so idc what you think

Kind of hard to be bust, When you've only have played 1/2 of a season 41 games in 4 years with 12 points. And i'm sorry it's nowhere near fair value for Detroit. they can easily get a far better offer for Bertuzzi alone should Yzerman make him available. this would be the very last offer Yzerman would ever accept.

I'm a Flyers fan I think Nolan Patrick is close to a bust and just because he has had injuries doesn't mean he's not. Stop being stubborn and just admit that Svechnikov is a bust

No, Bertuzzi+Svechnikov > > > Dunn+Walman Walman is already 25 years old with 25 career NHL games under his belt. May we say bust.

Still not there. That just makes Detroit expose another defenseman and they've lost Bertuzzi. Honestly, the only way Dunn to Detroit works during an expansion year, is if St. Louis is willing to take below market value on him. Like, Detroit's 2nd round pick straight up.

I don't even freaking care about Svechnikov? He's eventually KHL bound anyways. Leave Svechnikov out of it. Bertuzzi > > > Dunn+Walman

The reason this is a hard no from Detroit is that they already have 4 defenders they'd like to protect in the expansion draft. There is no way they will give up a first line winger for a player they may lose in the draft.

You also have to factor in that Detroit have 10 good defense prospects in their pipeline already and that there is going to be plenty of defenders available as FA this year.
