Detroit does not now, nor ever, at any cost, want Dermott, Engvall or Kerfoot. It's one of these 3 in every ACGM and we have zero interest in any of them.

I wouldn’t trade Amirov for 1 year of Forsberg one for one

This is so bad and why leaf fans are hated. Leafs add in amirov and nylander to wings deal

Idk I could see dermott or kerfoot in certain situations but I'm not chasing those guys. I still have a soft spot for kerfoot he can do some of everything.

They just don't have value for the rebuild. Kerfoot is a dime a dozen type 4th liner and Dermott is WAY too mistake prone and gives me flashbacks to Brett Lebda.

Montreal Counters with Drouin Unretained for Kerfoot + 2nd or Drouin Retained for Kerfoot + Holl + Nemila or Abramov. Your choice.

I like the ideas of this, I think Drouin may be a bit cheaper but I don't completely mind the deal.
Amirov in the Foresberg deal would make more sense if he had term on his deal so the cost may be a little less but overall it's a solid team

Lol Lebda , that's awesome. Kerfoot is better than a 4th line player though. Hes a half a point a game guy who can play all situations. I just dont think hes fit in toronto and has been held back being there. He was pretty god looking in Colorado.

I guess I wouldn't mind Kerfoot on a 1 year show me deal, just hate that cap and term on a guy I don't have any faith in, that his back to back regression isn't the new standard for him... I fear that his years in Colorado may have been the anomaly, not the standard...

Stetcher is a right handed version of Dermott, who is a few years older. Both baby faced smallish defenceman who arent great at anything, but aren't bad at anything either.

LMAO. Good luck with that.

I’ll take Nylander at 50% retained and a 4th for Kulak and Evans please.

Stetcher is significantly better than Dermott. He had a fantastic year last season and showed in the the WC what he's capable of. I expect Stetcher to have a breakout season this year...

Laugh all you want Drouin is better than all of those players combined and it's not only a divisional rival but the Leafs! Not sure Montreal would trade him to the Leafs though cause they want to do right for the player. If he wants a trade it will be to a smaller market team where there is less pressure on him.

Thanks for the laugh. Crazy that the guy going to Seattle is now demanding a 2nd + the leafs 2/3rd best prospect (best defensive prospect)

LMAO, who exactly said that Drouin will be left unprotected? The price to acquire Drouin has always been a 2nd for a divisional rival its higher than that. Also you are ignoring the fact that Kerfoot and Holl have negative value to the Habs therefore they are treated as cap dumps.

True no one has said it, just basing that on all of the C****Ms Ive seen, or the ones that have him being bought out. Didnt know he was that valuable.
