Doubt the Avs move on from Towes for Debrusk and picks. If Avs are giving up a LHD it will probably be Graves, and you could do a similar trade but take away one of the second round picks, that seems like a fair deal to me.

Pretty sure Rask said he wants to play — and haven’t heard anything specific on Krejci, but he doesn’t strike me as someone who is ready to retire.

Rask has already said he plans to return. Krejci was less clear, but i find it unlikely he retires

easy decline by the Avs, Toews is worth more than Debursk and draft picks.

So let’s say for the sake of arguing the Avs do that because of the X draft, they won’t but we’ll pretend, they won’t do it after the X draft as there is no need too. So that means Toews is in Boston and would have to be protected. Seattle takes Grizz not Lauzon.
