I am not going to put a value on Rasmus as NHL GM's think he is worth Hall (Chiarelli) or Ehlers (Cheveldayoff), while AGM think he is a cap dump.
But I think he would be moved if the Sabres picked up Dumba.

Not being mean, but with those odds, it’d be impossible to screw up the draft. I like the thinking here.

Why is edm trading koskinen for tokarski? Let alone including a nice pick?

If I were Columbus, I'd trade down from my #5 to someone elses 10 - 15, then offer that deal to Buffalo. In this year's draft (unlike any before), it might happen.

Depending on the expansion draft, and if Ladd is going on LTIR they would probably that and bury Eakin to save more cap.

It’s crazy to say but the most unrealistic thing about this isn’t the amount of picks and (most) of the value you’d get in trades but that the Pegulas wouldn’t never pay those Ladd Rask and Eakin contracts out if the sabres played their cards right and the owners allowed them to take on salary they could easily have ended up with 4 firsts this year

        Thank you for your comments.
This was just a fun post to see how many picks the Sabres may have been able to collect.
I thought of dealing with Tampa but I do not see a viable trade for a player who has one to three remaining.
Koskinen is certainly not playing up to his contract value, but a first is too much to expect for absorbing his contract.
I did not put a value on Ristolainen as even Sabre fans think he has no value, but other NHL GM's think he does.
So while IMO his return will be significant, to avoid a heated discussion I just moved him off of the roster.

You are both correct, it is a bit of an over reach. I saw other Oiler AGM trade him away with picks, so I added him to my fantasy of Buffalo collecting salaries for picks.

I understand your point. Statistically speaking the three current Jacket picks have a slightly lower value than the first OA.

        I thought of adding:
Kempný, Michal and a 2021 4th round pick (WSH) to Buffalo for a COL 6th,
Byron, Paul; 2021 3rd round pick (WSH) and 2021 4th round pick (VGK) for Girgensons and BUF 6th
Gostisbehere, Shayne and 2021 3rd round pick (PHI) for future considerations.
Maybe I will drop or change the Edmonton trade and make new post with the above additions.
