And what makes you think that? They are essentially the same player but McCann has ARB rights next year and will be due for the same money that kerfoot is making?

No, he's not. They are pretty well statistically the same player. They both do well on the wing they both struggle with production at center the only difference is McCann is 560K cheaper for 1 year.

Well Perry wanted to sign in Toronto last year but the leafs didn't think he had anything left but I can appreciate your standpoint.

But it's probably the first Arizona deals that makes sens to me , so gg to you to not overevaluates your players and make deals that make sens

I’m assuming you took a quick glance at their points and said they’re similar but McCann’s .6ppg vs Kerfoot’s .4ppg says otherwise not to mention the analytics of both players.

and to this the analytics show that only kerfoot is useful on the PK and well above average too when McCann doe snot play the PK at all. And with this I think the kraken go kerfoot if they want to compete as they will have no PKers

Kraken are probably getting a pick to take Kerfoot.

They’re not drafting a worse player because he’s an average PK.
