For the love of god

Created by: HatterTParty
Team: 2021-22 Chicago Blackhawks
Initial Creation Date: Oct. 19, 2021
Published: Oct. 19, 2021
Salary Cap Mode: Basic
Description
This team is absolutely a disgrace. Fire Colliton and fire that poor excuse for a human being in the executive box. I have no problem admitting that the best player in 4 games has been Dach. AND THATS ONLY CUZ THE REST OF THE TEAM HAS BEEN THAT BAD!! The bar is so low there’s nothing to live up to! In all honesty, Dach may need Colliton……

Clear the damn board. It’s a joke that this franchise chose a retool when there was no clear that doing so could get them in the playoffs. Being gifted a wildcard spot and beating a mediocre oilers team two years ago PROVES NOTHING! Reset the deck. For the of god move on!

Not moving toews cuz I can’t believe anyone would take that contract.

Agreed on everything. Glad to see the public Dach apology, just wish it wasn’t because the rest of our guys sucked

I'd take Vancouver era Tortorella at this point. Get Bruce Boudreau, Claude Julien, Michel Therrien, idk literally anyone else and this team 180s.

I agree, this is a playoff team under the right coach. Colliton doesn't belong in the NHL and never has. They thought they were getting the next Kyle Dubas, but the got John Chayka'd instead.

Best option is Boudreau or Tocchett

Not a fan of Tocchet personally. Considering the controversies surrounding the hawks probably best not to sign someone that has a betting problem like Evander Kane.

Unfortunately, yes, I basically doubled down. He’s basically giving 150% to just look better than average.

****ing hell... I HATE how true this is, and it makes me feel somehow worse about the Hawks than I already did.

****ing christ, no. These are terrible options, you don't take out the trash just to bring back inside some old trash someone else tossed out a long time ago.

Caps don't have the space. Maybe a up-and-comer like Ottawa could use him alongside Tkachuk since they have the salary cap + prospect pool to get it done

My thinking was centered around the push for ovi’s last few years. I don’t think Kane would ever, EVER go to ottawa in all fairness.

gotcha. I'd love to have Kane with Ovi I just don't see it being feasible. Just spitballing on the Ottawa part

True, I get the cap issue for caps, I do wonder if they’d be tempted to find a way though.
