Are these trades going to make the leafs a contender though? I don't think offensive production has ever been a problem with this group. Defensive upgrades in the bottom six and defence are key (the manson trade does that, but I think one defensively minded forward like Glendening could do wonders)

You know before I opened this I thought wouldn't it be incredibly stupid if this were strome nylander and Manson. Leafs fans never disappoint.

Your offer would be declined. There is No real viable option that would be agreed upon by both sets of fans on ACGM that will allow you to obtain both Strome and Nylander.

Two horrid trades for the Leafs. It's 2021, not 2015, Manson isn't special. Why do so many posts have the Leafs trading two NHL Dmen and only getting one in return. Leafs or any contender can't build a team that way.
Nylander and Strome combined have just two more points than me this season.
