  3. MacEwen, Zack
Additional Details:
If Jets are in playoff spot they can check off a few boxes for Deadline deals MacEwen can add some grit which is needed in Western Conference playoffs, Brassard adds some top nine depth he can play wing or center and Braun is a solid dman defintely an upgrade over Beaulieu. Samberg is blocked from getting a roster spot on jets by Dmen that have a bunch of term on contracts. Jets also don't receive any player that impacts salary cap next year. Flyers can retain 50% of all the traded away players salary.
2.
PHI
  1. Protas, Aliaksei
  2. 2022 3rd round pick (WSH)
Additional Details:

Winnipeg can't afford the cap of the 3 players coming in and aren't giving up a good, young defenseman for 3 replacement level players.

I'm not sure Risto would be a top 3 RD on the Pens. He definitely wouldn't be the 2nd RD. Letang and Marino have those spots locked down.

Wow, that Giroux trade feels far undervalued at 50% retain. I don't think Giroux is someone Washington should be going after given his assumed price, but if all it takes is Protas and a 3rd then I would absolutely do that. There isn't any room to resign him, but at that asking price I think you have to say yes. If I really wanted to be picky, I'd ask to give up a different prospect than Protas (say Leason and a 2nd, perhaps?)

flyers should be asking for no less than a 2021 or 2022 1st from any team asking for Giroux at the TDL.

Hawks decline. That's not a hockey trade if you are thinking Frost and Mitchell have equal value because they don't.

no offence but that giroux trade is awful giroux will 100% return a 1st, 3rd+ the only way those picks aren't involved is if an A tier prospect is coming to philly and protas isn't A tier and is pretty unproven, he has looked decent so far in the league but 17 games of averageness in the nhl doesn't get you the 2nd best FO man in the league that is also still highly skilled and probably still a top 50 player in the league disincluding goalies.

as for the bruins trade as a bruins fan i know that isn't enough bruins would have to add maybe switch the pick to a 1st.
konecy is only what 24 has a bright future and on a line with hall and arguably the best producing coyle we have seen since 2016-17 he would surely succeed especially as that line is looking for a top goal scorer which konecy is good for potting 20+. konecy also played C a bit when he was younger and so if bruins could attempt to move him back there that helps B's even more as he would be our 1C for the future with studnicka and Harrison looking to be our 2C's for the future and then beecher and one of the other 2 as our 3C, 4C it would set up boston big time for after bergy leaves

Lol Konecny for Samberg so trading a guy who has played 375 games scored 100 goals in the nhl for Samberg 0 games played who by my count is at best right now the Jets 5th LD I'm a Jets fan and season ticket holder the window on Jets winning the cup is closing pretty quick not to mention the revenue that Jets need from a deep playoff run (my season tickets can't go any higher or the building will be empty) if the team gets on a roll before playoffs I'd do that trade in a heart beat. Samberg is a good prospect no doubt but he has yet to play a single game in the NHL as of right now he is a good defensive defenceman in the AHL if he was a stud Dman wouldn't he be in jets lineup now he'll be 23 years old in a month say like Trouba was. Also he has got Morrissey, Dillion, Stanley, Heinola and possibly even Kovacevic and Chisholm ahead of him and yes even at 23 Trouba would of been ahead of all of those guys. Here's the deal I'll I've heard about Samberg since he was drafted soon to be 5 years ago is he is a stud well......I'm still waiting so if he can't crack the lineup I'd like the see the jets win the cup at least once in my lifetime and the way I see it the window only last as long as Hellebuych is on the team and his contract ends in 2024 and if even Samberg turns out to be a Norris trophy winner I trade him to win a cup. Maybe the trade for the Flyer players isn't the right deal or another deal has to be made but this idea that we can't trade someone like Samberg I don't get, then I guess as Jets fans the dreams of a Cup parade at Portage and Main will always be that.

Mitchell is highly viewed in the CHI organisation. He will put on a bit more muscle this season and in the offseason and be full time NHLer next season.

I was thinking McMicheal but I doubt Wash would give him up and I think Protas has more upside than Leason but Cap fans would know better than me. I agree probably could be ask for 1st or 2nd in deal

We don't need more centres, Mitchell is viewed highly in our organisation and the hope is he can become a top 4 D man in the future.

Frost got hurt in the second game of the year last year and missed the remainder of the season or his games played would likely be double Mitchells. Also if those are your metrics for evaluating players Frost was drafted ahead of Mitchell so he is clearly better. If you mean contract status that Mitchell is paid more, Frost played in CHL signed his ELC at 18 and signed for league Max for ELC at the time, Mitchell when he signed his ELC 2 yrs later when the max was higher and had a little more negotiation power because if Hawks didn't sign him prior to July in 2020 he could have become a free agent and then signed anywhere just like how the Hawks were able to sign Flyer draft pick Wyatt Kalynuk who signed for the league max $925,000 like Mitchell. I'm not saying Mitchell is not a very good prospect obviously or I wouldn't have wanted to trade for him but both played for Canada in the World Juniors in 2019 Frost had two 110 point seasons in OHL was an AHL all-star his first year of pro they are definitely comparable.

I agree probably could have asked for more in both Giroux and Konency trades, Giroux is going to be pretty specific with his NTC might hurt what Flyers can ask. I guess I was over valuing DeBrusk in the Konecny trade he did have a couple pretty good seasons with 27 goals in 68 games and 19 in 65 games not sure why he has fallen off.

cassidy doesn't like debrusk and started limiting his minutes for no reason. covid also didn't help as his family all lives in edmonton and he wasn't allowed to see them due to border closures been really tough last 2 years for him mentally

I was going to check out some of the trades you've proposed to evaluate some of your in depth reasoning but no published teams................I'll wait.
