So the Canucks take on over 5mil in dead cap for multiple years plus give up their best player? That package doesn't even get you Miller without retention

Gonna take a lot more for the Canucks to do that. Probably would have to add Schneider and possibly more since they are retaining on Kane as well

I could see a deal for geogiev in the offseason if anything but, I feel the oilers will use yamo as a piece in a seattle trade to upgrade on D and shave off cap. But it is a possibility on the table no doubt.
