Probably right. I did this deal assuming they get Fleury. Kassian to toughen them up for playoffs...

MTL LHD better than Samorukov : Edmundson Romanov Guhle Harris Norlinder Struble and he is probably equal with Fairbrother
I know Samorukov can play on the right side, so does Romanov Edmundson Norlinder
MTL will take a 1st or Carter Savoie

I know Samorukov can play on the right side, so does Romanov Edmundson Norlinder
MTL will take a 1st or Carter Savoie



No way Mtl gets a 1st for Chiarot. Sorry. Pipe dream. Maybe Savoie with a 5th round pick...maybe.

Colorado instantly declines. We're not going for Fleury, Kuemper has been picking up and finally fit in with the team. And as for Kassian, we don't want his cap hit, especially with his mediocre production.

There's been a lot of talk about a lot of things. Kuemper is finally finding his groove with the Avs, look at the last few games he's started. Plus, I'll take his lower cap hit and go out for Giroux at the TDL. That's what's going to put us over the edge.

It's not impossible but yeah it's a stretch a late 1st RD pick for Chiarot
I would do Chiarot for Savoie and a pick personally, but 5'9 ish is not good for the NHL

Who knows. Chris Johnston is still saying Chiarot should get roughly what Savard got last year (a 1st and a 3rd). We'll see how it plays out.
