Hard to say a 22 year old with only 134 games to date is labelled anywhere close to a “bust”. Plenty of players take time to become productive players - Ryan Strome is the perfect example.

I do agree that Vancouver likely has no interest in the deal, but merely because if they’re moving Boeser they’d be looking for players of different positions. Getting a different winger is a lateral move, not an improvement. Hronek would be a good starting point, heck maybe even 1 for 1 makes a lot of sense.

4 points in his last 6 games and he's been absolutely buzzing out there... 22 years old still and all 3 of his first 3 seasons were impacted by a global pandemic... But yea, let's keep going with the bust narrative...

i wouldn't mind it. Could be a gamble worth taking, maybe add Tuomisto as well. I doubt Steve Y does it though since hed be trading at a position of weakness for him unless they think its just not going to pan out with him in DET. But really no rush to move him.

I dont think it would be a bad idea to trade for him a natural LW. Garland/Pods can step into the top 2 RW roles.

Zadina isn't fetching more than a 2nd at this point in time, might be best to sell high on him while he still has value though

Obviously the production isn't what we would want it to be, but he doesn't look out of place at the NHL level. Now has he been underwhelming for the 6th overall pick, absolutely yes. He isn't a bust though...

I apologize for blind wings fans.. Zadina is NOT A BUST.. he's still very young.. Plays a strong 2 way game.. Has been playing MUCH BETTER & MORE CONSISTENT this year & lately.. Cuz his confidence is picking up.. Is he 40 goal sniper skme thought prob not.. But 20-30 is STILL THERE WHEN PLAYING WITH TOP PLAYERS.. Too many sheep here just spouting off & not paying attn to the game & those covering wings closely..u give Real wings fans a bad name..go root for Crosby..leafs..or Avs..booger eaters
