I actually think that VAN trade is pretty fair.

Where’s the Toronto Miller rumour from?

nope

A 1st, 2nd, decent 3rd liner and a good prospect for Miller. Seems about right to me.

The 2nd basically cancels out with the retention and Motte. Kerfoot is irrelevant to the Canucks. A first and an injury-prone winger prospect isn't gonna get it done. Do yourself a favor and look at the players Miller has outproduced since joining the Canucks then you might understand why it's not good enough.

Nice jt miller offer.
No on the buffalo offer, you can pay them a liitle (4th) to take dermott and holl to open your cap but your not getting c. miller. That'd be another 2nd.

It's probably close to what Miller will actually return. The Alien guy just craps on every trade. It's actually not too bad and Canucks could def use Kerfoot.

The 2nd absolutely does not cancel out with the $1.5M. That's just silly. In the last five seasons, Kerfoot has played nearly a full season except for one. I wouldn't call that injury-prone. Maybe they up things a little for Motte, but it's not like he's worth THAT much. Motte + the retention? I could see them upping that 5th to a 3rd and calling it a night.

You also can't compare any roster player coming back in a trade for Miller. If you were trying to get someone close to his equal back, you just keep Miller. What you said is just silly.

What do you think Miller is worth? I can't wait to hear.

Kerfoot is an affordable decent 3rd line winger, so he's a nice piece in the return. Any trade for Miller probably has a similar level player to Kerfoot going back. The real part of any trade they make are the futures.

I don’t think the Sabres would want Dermott AND Holl
Heck, idk that we’d want either?

We’re attempting to keep Pysyk,
so the only defense slot we’d be looking to fill for next year is on the 2nd pair with Owen Power
I’m fairly certain we’re looking for better than those guys

So for Miller, it’s gonna take a 2nd & probably another pick imo

If Miller goes for anything more than a 3rd I'll be shocked.

I can't disagree. I've seen some absurd returns for him.
