goalie picks

Created by: Asd24
Team: 2021-22 Buffalo Sabres
Initial Creation Date: Feb. 23, 2022
Published: Feb. 23, 2022
Salary Cap Mode: Basic
Description
Soderblom could be helpful next year as a back up next year battling for that position with Tokarski , the kid has potential.
getting picks for next year will help as next years class has a lot of potential ( what's a one year wait on a pic for a rebuilding team)
I also thing moving a few younger guys like Arttu will prevent a 3rd line clog and give them a better chance in the league

No thanks on giving up Soderblom. While he does need more time in the AHL, we're going to need him in the transition phase between Lank and whoever else tandems with him and Commesso coming in.

It's called "rebuilding", you should know that as a Sabres fan. And during a rebuild, the last thing you want to do is give up young players. No thanks.

So college numbers matter? Knight has comparable numbers and he’s struggling to find consistency… 1 out every 4 college kids actually do anything in the NHL. Might actually be less than that

Haha okay look at Hunter Shepard. Another NCAA hero that’s now the # 5 goalie in our system

Uhhhhhh, weird trade, but I think Capitals accept. Anderson would have to sit scratched as the 3rd goalie but he’s alright depth and getting Bjork while dumping Hags and Kempny is pretty good.

Oh, don't get me wrong, the organization needs to clean itself. Part of the reason we cut ties with Bobby Hull. I hope Wirtz has learned from that.

You forgot the end to the sentence. "This is a why (you can't have him)" I believe is what you meant
