probably not and fox wouldn’t play for edmonton anyway but assuming you’re edmonton no way that trade gets done without shesterkin in it

Lolll you only think Darnell Nurse is a "top tier dman" because you haven't seen a true top tier defenseman in Edmonton since Paul Coffey. And you're trying to sell him. If he was truly that good, he wouldn't be part of your solution as a trade chip.

Nurse took advantage of the fact that he's the best defenseman in Edmonton when he signed his contract. But I'd still take at least 20 other defenseman over Nurse, if given the choice. If not more.

Nurse is not (nor has ever been) a top 10 defenseman in the league, but next season he'll be top 10 in cap hits for defenseman and is at an age where players start to get worse, not better.

Oilers signed it, now they're stuck with it.
