Schenn is arguably better and cheaper than Holl. Ferlands LTIR status is also a plus for Toronto. Not really sure why this trade happens for Vancouver.

Honestly, the value is fine, but personally, I wouldn't want Dermott for free as a Detroit fan. I absolutely hate his game. He reminds me way too much of Brett Lebda and I want nothing to do with that frustration again.

Well the reason why I didn't add anything else was because it takes a certain team to want him but think of it this way, he's young and a d man and could help with the rebuild

Personally, I just don't like Kerfoot on our roster. We need a scoring 2nd-3rd line LW scorer, I would say Miller but he would cost too much

i mean i guess. i think youre trading the better 2 way guy but debrusk is definitely the better goal scorer. not so much assist wise though.

Going from Mrázek to Vejmelka is almost a downgrade. Can't keep relying on Campbell so heavily. He'll be out of gas by playoffs...

That's the thing, I don't think he can. You can't fix bad decision making. He's got the physical tools and yes, he's not OLD, but at 25.5, he's not exactly "young" by NHL standards anymore either. He's pretty much hit his ceiling and it's not a good ceiling.
