So I don't think Pitts moves pettersson before the playoffs maybe the offseason. They may trade for names but a 3rd would be more like it. Even retained I can't see getting a 2nd for leddy unless someone gets desperate.

The price of a 2.75m retention documented from last season is a 4th. You think Steve can only get a bump of ~30 picks on that for Leddy? Surely, Steve, of all people, can get a second from teams that don’t want to pay the 1st + for all the other LHD available.

Vrana is everything I hoped zadina was. Absolutely unre shot and just seems to score off of nothing.

Still expect him to slump sometimes - Mantha was the exact same. But his ability to be so dangerous was sorely lacking this season.

Thank you for saying this! Every one keeps saying that the 1st was part of the swap but I think it was for Panik. Glad I'm not the only one. Because we're never going to know for sure but it's nice to know someone else has similar thinking.
