If the aves want four years of a 4.45 million third line center, he’s a good option. I don’t think he can play higher than that effectively.

We aren't moving him for a package that isn't in the range of what we gave up. It just makes more sense to keep him and hope he can raise his value otherwise.

Why in the world would the Avs want JT Compher 2.5? There is a whole sea of guys cheaper and more appropriate for a 3C role, because MB screwed the pooch thinking he was a 2C.

Habs aren't moving Dvorak without getting a return somewhat close to what they paid. People are going to say "they won't get such a return", but they have very little reason to do so otherwise. They barely know what they have in him.

I think he's a 2nd center on some teams like Minnesota or Boston.

As for the cost, i think we gotta at least get back that 1st we paid for him.

I don't mind the 2024 2nd.
