winnipeg would give us something to take deMelo. And why are we bringing myers back? I'd rather keep fitz.

Unlikely Winnipeg does that. They'll only move DeMelo if the cap forces them to.

If Demelo is cap dump, Toronto will gladly take him.

DeMelo isn't a cap dump.

Myers is better than Fitz

I understand, have him in a few dynasty leagues, he isnt worth a 2nd and olofsson, and taking a 6 million cap him in myers for 2 years.

DeMelo would be a cap dump. And let me I guess break it down in the simplest terms. I would rather have fitz and his small contract, than 2 years of myers at 6 million per year.

You do have a username of Cody Eakin, so I guess I shouldnt be surprised at some of these moves.

He's not a cap dump. Solid defensive d man. Teams would easily trade a 2nd for him if Jets decide to move him. Contract isn't big either.

Myers is way better than Fitz. Sabres don't need to worry about cap in next 2 years. Would rather have Power play with a vet that can play big minutes than a AHL call up guy.

Hoglander > Olofsson. Great young player with high upside. Would fit great with the team.

Any opinion you have is invalidated when you insist that DeMelo is a cap dump lmfao. Points aren't the only thing that matter

Myers also costs six times as much as Fitz. Not to mention Fitzgerald has already shown more toughness in one season than I remember Myers showing in his entire time here. And finally, Tyler Myers has a limited no trade clause which probably includes buffalo so you’re not getting him to come back anyway.

Fitz is a 7th d man. Sabres can find guys on the street to bring the exact same thing.

Myers is a guy who can play 22+ minutes every night. Will be a big boost to have a guy like that next to Power. I think Myers would work well with Granato too.

Sabres don't need to worry about cap space the next 2 years. They will have almost 20+ million in space even with Myers.

Even if you were right about that, and that’s probably debatable, Myers still has a no trade clause and probably has buffalo on it.

I mean you thought DeMelo was a cap dump. Idk if I trust your assessments either.
