At the end of the day they can probably get to the playoffs if they can fix the left side of their defense. A lot of their wings are overpaid but are still somewhat productive. Biggest issue is that without Leddy and Toews the teams zone entry and exit stats have cratered.

Somehow Leddy has been worse than Chara this season. The Isles with the Pelech-Pulock pair on the ice are great at entering the zone with possession, but Trotz had to break it up to accommodate Chara
