I'm surprised that bar is as low as 35 points. That's all he's scored this year according to EliteProspects.

I made a mistake it wasnt points it was goals lul

As there is no way he was the rookie points leader over guys like Nylander, Kapenan, Johnsson, etc.

They couldn’t keep McCann so they went to the dollar store and got McMann

This has been a great contract thus far... Can score, play PP (hopefully not full time as this mean injuries), hit and fight for league min in a 3rd/4rth line role...

Jus to add about his contract. The Leafs paid him 150,000 and 200,000 to play for the Marlies, which undoubtedly more than virtually any other team would pay him to play in the AHL.
One advantage the Leaf have over other teams, is the NHL and AHL teams are in the same city. So whatever league he is in, he doesn't have to live out of a suitcase.
Believe he is going to university also in Toronto. Marlies play mostly Friday to Sunday...so a chance to continue his education in the same city as he lives.
