Description

Just having some more fun. Looking for a way to take advantage of a cap strapped team. Stayed away from the UFA market. Focused on improve the D with reasonable signings and dealt for a potential center coming off a great year. Also, still have enough cap space to carry Blankenburg on the roster, but is in the minors to start. Torch away.

DAL accepts, but I'd consider involving Bemström to the FLA deal.

Lundell and Bemström had great chemistry while they played in Finland for a short while.

Wouldn’t be trading 6th OA for a bottom pair RHD and two years of Reinhart, let alone adding Bean and Texier.

One of those defensive additions would be nice. All three are completely unnecessary. I don’t think Reinhart is the 1C Columbus needs. I see him as a excellent 2-3 option, but not quite a 1.

I’d rather see them get Savoie at 6OA and see if he, Johnson or Sillinger can become that guy in the next 2-3 years.

I actually like all 3 additions on defense and am not completely opposed to the Reinhart trade, but I think you should make it a top 10 protected 1st in 2023 instead of 6th OA this year.
