I agree rangers wont get him for less than that. Thats why Kane wont be coming to the rangers. we dont want to give up a big package for a player who wont be around long term

If you are talking about the Toronto trade then you are a little off. For them to get rid of Mrazek for just a third would be a massive win for the Leafs not to mention getting anything in return in the deal. Mrazek will cost quite a bit to move and especially with his contract being back loaded, a team like Arizona won't be too interested in it.

It may not be a 3rd but the Leafs would be paying for any team to take that awful contract and help give u the room to try to alter ur roster somewhat since ur core isn’t getting anything done
