I'm not so sure........He only put up good point totals this year on a high powered Florida offensive team.......I think he will run to the bank with a 3 year deal for $2,200,000 to rejoin the Leafs who really developed him into an NHL player and where he still has lots of friends.

You are not taking into account how many teams are under CAP pressure and these players are going to give up dollars for decent terms.

Rangers have too many young players that they are going to need to pay over the next few years.....so Copp is out of luck in NY.

Agent would be out of a job if he pulled that move of not informing his client of an offer.

Marchment is a 3rd or 4th line player and you are making him out like he is an elite player in the NHL.

NYR wanted to resign Copp. He’s looking for 5.5+ which is why we are out. 4.8 is a done deal. Same goes for Strome. COL will probably give Copp 6M. The roster is a pipe dream and not realistic. It looks nice but wouldn’t happen

You’ve underpaid Copp and marchment. Copp stays in NY on that deal.

Also jets decline. They don’t need or want nylander. They create a gaping hole at C by doing this trade.

Marchment will get paid what he is worth and it will be between $2 to $3 million.

I think Scheifele is not happy in Winnipeg and Jets may need to move him now and their GM and Coach would be driving to the airport to pick up Nylander if they acquired him.

These are absolutely crazy numbers for a player who has only 1 decent year in the National Hockey League..........and no GM is going to pay him that kind of dollars.

You have throw up a bunch of numbers that do not make sense.........There is not a chance I am giving Marchment a six year deal for $3.3 million a year if I am a GM in the National Hockey League and want to keep my job.
