Blues traded Bokk for a reason, he wasn't an NHL player when they drafted him and he hasn't done anything to improve his stock. Blues decline.

I get that Tarasenko would cost real assets, but I highly doubt you get the Canes to cough up a 1st for just 1yr of his services, just not their M.O.
