I’ve been saying Theodore is a sneaky name that I feel makes sense to get moved if they got a high pick and young dman coming back like the thought there

I'd be wildly surprised if Vegas shifted their M.O. to acquiring picks/prospects...Could happen, and would be great for Ottawa, but I'd imagine they exhaust every avenue trying to move someone like Martinez first.

moving martinez should be the priority. Getting a premium return for your #2 RD, while having another guy on a bargain contract who can play also #2 Rd might be interesting too

I don’t think he should be the cap casualty if I’m Vegas. Top 15 dman (I think?) in league on a really good contract. I’m moving most of the team before I move him even if it nets a good return. Vegas is looking to ice the best team within the cap and I don’t think they really care about futures right now.

Yeah, I mean, if it were just about any other team in that type of cap situation, I'd say "Yup, 100%!", but I could just see them saying "F*ck it! Let's take another ride through cap hell and instead of shedding cap, we'll add some and play the LTIR game again!" tears of joy

I would kill for Shea Theodore. And also preemptively carve our name on the 2024 cup

I agree id move out lots of others first but I could also simply see teams being willing to offer something they wouldn't be able to refuse or maybe they have a different plan this off season and want to go after a big name forward.. idk I don't think they SHOULD move him but they could say we can't get over the hump lets make a bigger move

Would love to see Theadore with Sanderson, that would be amazing.

I also do not see Vegas moving the him, they are always in Win it mode and with there cap he is a god-sent.

However, if you want to play crazy hockey stories. Imagine for fun Sens send Branstromm and another low-cost player to Vegas for Theadore, and Stone is actually healthy. lol

No chance we move Theo. We have Stanley Cup aspirations, trading Theo does the opposite of that
