You’re not giving a lot for Miller and I think Petry has more value, but it’s a personal opinion

Can’t afford Pettersson without retention, we have to sign Anderson and Durzi still, after we’ll have around 2M

Miller trade is far from the problem in this one, I personally am not sure if I would do that one as a pens fan. Blomqvist is our best prospect besides maybe Pickering now - he had a monster year in Liiga

But the Canucks don’t need a goalie so it’s a bit weird. I think they want a first round pick and a guy like Marino or a very good prospect

I just read DKs site and thought the same thing. I could see the Pens trading Zucker and a 2nd for Petry.

Pens will have to give up the first for JT Miller.

The standard trade is Kapanen, Marino, and the first for jt miller. I would prefer that one to this

I don’t think you realize how good Blomqvist is

We can't afford to acquire Marcus Pettersson for a draft pick. At least $2.5 million in cap has to go back.

I would too as a canucks fan, Blomqvist will be good but with us having Demko for the next 5 years at least it makes little sense for us to acquire a goalie and makes very little sense for the pens to trade said goalie

I honestly didn’t see anything in the trade other than Marino and the 2nd. I agree with you, Marino, Kap and a 1st and call it a great trade.
