It's Arizona so they're gonna have to overpay for some players, but not sure why he's getting more than 1 Mil. Slight overpay but doesn't matter to Arizona.

Stecher was pretty good his first year in Detroit but HR was hurt a bunch last year. Glad he's going somewhere where he'll play every night.

Surprised he got more than 1 million. But it’s Arizona so they don’t care. He could be a solid bottom pare D-man. It’s an alright signing but a bit of an overpayment.

You don't want to pay too much more than league min for a bottom pair D-man, but he might not be bottom pair in Arizona.
