For good, proven, skilled players. Mitts has struggled at best and Fitzgerald just isn't something the Canes would be interested in. For this Package, I'd expect names like Tarasenko to be floated around. Not a guy that has struggled to make a basement dweller NHL team. Nothing against Mitts, he might turn it around. But as of right now, he isn't worth this.
