He might win a round or two assuming the Isles make the playoffs but he definitely wouldn't waive to go back there after the fans' treatment of him. Sports fans can be pretty annoying when it comes to star players or perhaps even fan favourites leaving.

This trade is clearly a joke for all the reasons mentioned but isles have a lot of good assets ? Not sure about that - oldest team in league with some good players but not a lot of ‘great value’ contracts. Aside from Dobson, Barzal, Sorokin and to a lesser extent pelech, puloch - not much that I’d classify as high value. No offense. Unless there are some blue chip prospects coming up…
