Another Pens fan trying to troll Detroit...

Both players are underachievers but Zadina is a notch better than Puljujärvi IMO. And he's locked in for 3 years at 1.825m where Puljujärvi is at 3m for one year then RFA and his agent likely wants a raise again...

Uhhh JP plays with McDavid & Draisatl. Those numbers are weak AF for playing on lines with those two.
Zadina was often on the 3rd and 4th line with Blashill playing with guys like Adam Erne and Sam Gagner

And yet - somehow he has better on-ice numbers than both of those guys. He's top-5 in the league in relative terms... Zadina isn't close. So keep him - and we'll keep the far more impactful player.
