Even at this it really isn't cap compliant, being a 21 man roster. Both Holl and Kerfoot have 10 no team trade lists. No reason to believe they would have Arizona or any team with cap on their "to be traded to" destinations.

Whoever has Holl at the TDL, assuming he doesn't look like an absolute traffic cone during the season, will get a semi-decent return for him, which is funny bc TOR is going to have to give him away if not pay to get him off the team because of his M-NTC
