Pens decline hard. Armia has negative value. MTL would have add a pick for any team to take him on. Also, the Pens don't have the cap space.

Kirby Dach doesn't get Alexis Lafreniere.

And it would be a cold day in hell before Dylan Larkin would sign with a bottom feeder like Montreal, Plus on the open market Dylan Larkin would be looking at 7 x $10,000,000 per season.
