The Kings will not pay to move Cal Petersen.

Matt Roy is not being traded. The value here is way off. He's worth a 1st and a quality prospect.

As you say, Lizotte is a great forward. There's absolutely no reason to trade him. He's a great 4th liner on a reasonable contract.

Again as you say, why would the Kings give up anything of value for a guy that just cleared waivers? Hellberg isn't any better of a backup than Copley.

I'm not even saying that you're underpaying for him to try and get a better homer deal. I'm just flat out telling you that the Kings won't trade him before his contract expires. He's that important to the Kings.

Fiala was a free agent, due a big payday, and Minnesota had to move him. They took a beating on the return due to that fact.

Roy plays the most coveted position in the league, is signed to a very team-friendly contract for another year and a half, and just finished a season where he played as the Kings #1 defenseman, nearly knocking off Edmonton in the progress.

Yes, I think he's worth that return.
