Tanner scored more goals last year than Olofsson ever has during a year. I don't know why Nashville would move him for Olofsson. Tanner would be a decent add. I would drop everything other than Tanner and Joker and see what can be worked out.

Bryson is fine as a stopgap replacement level dman for Murphy. Not much interest, if any, in Mitts or Kisakov. If those are the only players BUF can part with, you're gonna need to include that 2023 1st.

Hardly. Benoit is playing 20 minutes a night and is going to finish the season around 150 NHL games played. In 3 years Johnson might be what Benoit is right now. Or he might just see a log jam of LHD in front of him (Vaakanainen, Zellweger, Mintyukov, etc, etc) and walk away as a UFA.

That’s fine imo too
Just don’t think you need to overpay for him
He’s having a crappy season production-wise
Olofsson alone should have more value than him right now
